WiseWheels provides the option for featured advertisements across various locations on the website, subject to non-refundable fees.

• WiseWheels maintains the authority to modify feature ad rates at any moment, without any advance notification.
  
  
• All feature advertisements require pre-payment before they can be published.
  
  
• All Online payments can be made via WiseWheels.com.pk, utilizing various payment options available.
  
  
• While we strive to guarantee the security of your online transaction, we must clarify that we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of the online payment system.
  
  

WiseWheels Vehicle Inspection Services:

When you schedule a vehicle inspection through the WiseWheels inspection service, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined below: By utilizing the vehicle inspection services offered by WiseWheels, which includes the delivery of an inspection report, you consent to remit the fee along with any applicable taxes in accordance with the vehicle inspection rates listed on WiseWheels.com.pk.

• The inspection report from WiseWheels can be associated with the vehicle's advertisement and made publicly accessible in accordance with WiseWheels' terms and conditions.
  
  
• WiseWheels holds the authority to modify inspection service charges at any moment without prior notification.
  
  
• You recognize that the inspectors at WiseWheels employ standard techniques for identifying issues, but these techniques may not uncover every problem present in a vehicle. It’s essential to take into account the model and condition of the vehicle during the inspection, and any report should be evaluated with this perspective in mind.
  
  
• Please ensure that you submit the inspection service request at least twenty-four hours in advance. Once your request is submitted, WiseWheels will reach out to you to arrange the inspection time and location for the vehicle, based on the availability of our technical team.
  
  
• In the event of a delay on the customer's part, the inspector will patiently wait for 15 minutes before moving on to the next inspection.
  
  
• Should the customer decide to cancel an inspection for any reason, there will be a penalty fee applied.
  
  
• The charges for WiseWheels Car Inspection are not refundable. To arrange a fresh appointment for inspecting another vehicle, simply reach out to the WiseWheels helpline after settling the cancellation fee. WiseWheels Helpline: 042 1111 09473.
  
  
• WiseWheels holds the authority to decline requests for vehicle inspection services if you are currently in default or have a pattern of canceling scheduled inspections until all outstanding dues are settled.
  
  
• The inspection service provided by WiseWheels refrains from assembling, erecting, dismantling, or disturbing any structures, fixtures, assemblies, components, or internal/external mechanisms of the vehicle during the inspection process.
  
  
• To conduct the inspection service, ensure the vehicle is parked on a stable and level surface, allowing for sufficient walking space around its perimeter.
  
  
• WiseWheels shall bear no responsibility for any hidden defects in the vehicle that were not visibly apparent during the inspection process.
  
  
• The vehicle inspection report will solely reflect the state of the vehicle as it stands during the inspection period. As a buyer, it falls upon you to carry out a thorough visual inspection of the vehicle right at the point of sale.
  
  
• The WiseWheels inspection report is applicable solely at the time of inspection, and WiseWheels disclaims any responsibility for any changes, modifications, or alterations that may occur in the vehicle thereafter.
  
  
• WiseWheels inspection service offers no guarantees concerning the nature, reliability, accuracy, or completeness of any information included in the report.
  
  
• The WiseWheels inspection service does not encompass a road test; however, it can be performed with your agreement, and you will assume full responsibility for any damage that may occur during the vehicle road test.
  
  
• The inspection service of WiseWheels will refrain from conducting a road test, even with your agreement, on any vehicle that the inspector assesses to be unfit for the road. Moreover, vehicles undergo testing strictly in accordance with the speed limits established for the respective locality.
  
  
• The individual who has requested the vehicle inspection service must ensure that the vehicle is positioned at the agreed-upon location and time for the inspection to take place.
  
  
• The vehicle inspection report is crafted and delivered by WiseWheels inspection service for the designated individual mentioned in the report. This inspection report is not to be utilized as legal evidence in any court of law or authority without obtaining prior consent from WiseWheels.
  
  
• The inspection report crafted by WiseWheels shall be the sole property of WiseWheels, and the company reserves the right to publish the report at its discretion.
  
  
• The inspection report crafted by WiseWheels shall be considered the exclusive property of WiseWheels, which retains the right to publish the report at its sole discretion.
  
  
• By utilizing the WiseWheels inspection service, you consented to permit WiseWheels to utilize and publish the inspection report on a car sales network website in connection with an item listing.
  
  

No Guarantee of Increase in Advertisers Business:

WiseWheels cannot assure business from the leads that are generated. WiseWheels will not be held responsible or liable to the user or advertiser if the advertiser does not generate any business or leads through premium ads on the Website. The advertiser acknowledges that WiseWheels' sole responsibility is to showcase the premium ads on the Website as outlined in these terms. The advertiser is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information and content provided, and WiseWheels cannot be held liable for any false claims made by the advertiser.

• It is clear that you have not succeeded in making, or are unable to fulfill, the complete payment of any fees owed for our Services by the specified due date.
  
  
• Alter the cost of any product or disrupt another user's offerings.

WiseWheels and its affiliated companies, including their officers, directors, employees, partners, and suppliers, are not responsible for any damages or losses you may experience while using their services. This includes direct or indirect damages, accidental issues, special or consequential losses, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any punitive damages. Legal Dispute:

In the event of a legal dispute between you and WiseWheels, it is highly encouraged by us to initiate direct communication with us to seek the resolution. Reasonable requests for the resolution of disputes through alternative dispute resolution procedures, including mediation or arbitration, will be taken into consideration as viable alternatives to litigation. Just because we didn't take action regarding a breach by you or others doesn't mean we lose our right to address any future or similar breaches. We're still committed to upholding our standards.

If you find yourself in a disagreement with one or more users, you agree to release us (along with our affiliates and subsidiaries, and our respective officers, directors, employees, and agents) from any claims, demands, and damages (both actual and consequential) of all kinds, whether known or unknown, that arise from or are in any way related to those disputes.
